I have undergone breast reduction at the Foscote hospital in August 2022,I had a couple of meetings with Mr Gore to discuss my dislike of my breasts and the concerns I have with the size 36 HH.I felt that the information given by Mr Gore that I was ready to proceed with the procedure. Before I was very unsure worried about the pain I may be in and if I was doing the right thing. I am now 6 months post op and have to say the whole experience has been truly amazing ,from entering the Foscote hospital that morning the staff were great very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, all of the csw and nursing staff made me feel relaxed. Mr Gore visited me again before surgery and we discussed again my idea of what I would like to have as a final result,he then wished me well telling me that everything would be great and we could achieve these expectations. My care going in to surgery and coming out was 100 % perfect,and my results are unbelievable I am so happy with my results ,the pain I really didn't get much at all nothing paracetamol wouldn't sort out.my breasts are the size I love 36DD,a great shape I feel like a new person I have a confidence daily but when I dress now I want to go out where as before I would make excuses not to go because of how my breast made me feel. So thank you to everyone involved in making me feel so wonderful daily it really has changed my life so much.And Mr Gore you have an ability to talk to people with such an understanding manner it places us in such a great starting point.and then your work was amazing I feel you gave me so much more than just great Breasts I now have a confidence in my look and how I feel Thank you so very much.

I am incredibly happy that I found Mr Gore and that he was able to perform my Breast Implant Revision Surgery. Having had previous surgeries a decade ago, I was disappointed to find that I now had a problem again. Mr Gore saw me promptly at the hospital of my choice and was incredibly accommodating in arranging convenient appointments to discuss surgical revision options and consider my concerns. He listened deeply to my past history and concerns about each surgical option and methodically went through all options with me to help me understand what might be best and the results I could expect. My appointments were never rushed and I immediately felt he was presenting realistic and pragmatic solutions to resolve my issue. At all times he was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough and I quickly developed a keen sense of trust in his ability to help me achieve a successful outcome with an excellent aesthetic result. Mr Gore provided me with plenty of information prior to, and post, surgery and during my stay at The New Foscote Hospital, he was attentive and it was clear the nursing staff and doctors at the hospital have great respect for him. On discharge (sadly with drains in for 5 days), he telephoned me personally each day to monitor my progress and my follow-up appointments were helpful and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Gore to anyone requiring any of the surgeries he performs. I had wonderful care from him and his team and have achieved an excellent outcome I didn't believe was possible.

In May 2021, I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and breast implant removal / breast uplift with Mr Gore. The results are truly incredible and at the age of 51, I have a better body than when in my 20’s! My stomach is flat and taught, my stomach muscles firm and the very fine pale scar lines are pretty much invisible. There is no reddening or bunching of skin tissue. In fact, more perfect than any images I have seen on-line. Prior to my breast uplift, my breasts and nipples were very different to one another, both in size and shape. Mr Gore has managed to make them symmetrical and the shape is incredible. I now rock a bikini and it’s now so much easier to buy clothes, as they hang beautifully. Mr Gore takes time to listen to exactly what you want to achieve and is a highly skilled, perfectionist of a surgeon. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I recently had a bilateral breast reduction and lift in August 2022. From my initial consultation, Mr Gore went above and beyond with his care. His professional and friendly manner made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. After the surgery, I had some initial healing issues but Mr Gore regularly contacted me to check in with my progress, as well as being very flexible with seeing me in person when needed. I would highly recommend Mr Gore to anyone thinking about having the same procedure that I did.

Mr Gore operated on my youngest son a few years ago and because we were so happy with the results - we have now waited through COVID so that he could operate on my eldest. They both underwent pinnaplasty surgery - one under general anaesthetic and one under local. From start to finish Mr.Gore has been very open and honest, he has a lovely manner and put both children at ease. We received personal phone calls from him to check in after the operations and we always felt that if there had been an issue - Mr Gore would have bent over backwards to sort it. I have no more children for Mr Gore to operate on , but would highly recommend him for pinnaplasty surgery in children.
